Challenges: They are an Managed Service Provider that had an unfortunate track record with designers. This business got their initial branding done for free as a favor/trade and due to that their branding was missing some critical parts. Then their next designer treated them poorly and things ended on very bad terms creating an avoidance of designers in general. They still have the impulse to cram everything into a document rather than allow breathing space.
My primary role: has been educating various owners and managers within the company that having these things decided would streamline their workflow. As well as showing them how having these will save them money by taking these steps now.
This started with regaining their trust of designers. Part of this was achieved via education and listening to their pain points and concerns. The rest via active problem-solving while helping them troubleshoot their collateral as needed.
Presently I have helped them solidify their branding as a whole. I have done several fliers, a set of custom Datto icons, and aided in their business cards company-wide while consulting on best business practices for print that aligned with the desired appearance for Numa.

Initial thoughts drawn during project meeting in regards to layout vs volume of information needing to be presented. By the end of everything we ended up closest to B but needing to also make it a double-sided flyer when they decided more information was required.
